Can operators see prices and margins?
No. Operators log work and see volumes only. Forfaits, prices and amounts are visible to admins exclusively — confidentiality is built in.
Do you handle VAT and taxes?
Prices are shown excluding tax. At checkout, Stripe adds the VAT or sales tax that applies to your country. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are handled via reverse charge.
